Instructions:

1.This product is suitable for spraying, and the caliber of machine spray gun is 1.3-2.0mm. Air pressure > 4Kg, small air volume or air pressure Low will cause poor atomization.

2.The glue layer dries quickly after spraying. After spraying, heat and bond with the material to be bonded within 48 hours.

3.If the viscosity of the product is relatively large, appropriate amount of ketone solvent or ethyl acetate can be diluted. Do not add too much, not more than 10%.

4.When spraying adhesive on sponge, if the spray gun is too close to the sponge, the glue spot will be large, uneven or penetrate into the object. Spray gun also it is not allowed to be too far away from the object to be coated. The glue may become filamentous in the air. It is recommended that about 20-30cm be suitable.

5.It is recommended that the hot pressing temperature is about 160℃ and the hot pressing time is 40-60 seconds. The temperature is too high, the initial adhesion is poor, and the delamination is easy when the mold is taken.

If the temperature is too low, the glue can’t stick if it doesn’t melt, or it’s stick falsely (dry tearing is very good, and put into water is easy to peel off the layer).

Storage:

1.Suggest to store at 0~40℃,dry and clean enviroment.

2.This product is flammable and should be transported in a well-sealed package to avoid violent heat and collision. Store in a cool, dry place

away from fire.

12 months shelf time from the production date in original package.
