Instructions:

1.The recommended glue roller’stemperature is around 115℃,and the blade temperature is  around 110℃. Adjust the temperature (especially the temperature of the glue roller) according to the environmental temperature, startup speed, glue consumption, fabric density , etc. to ensure the laminate  It is recommended to avoid being placed at high temperature (≥ 130 ℃) for a long time (≥ 2h), otherwise the viscosity will increase rapidly, and in extreme cases, gel, caking and other phenomena will occur, affecting the use of the product;

2.Coating way：Normally: Rolling coating；

3.Coating weight：Suggestion:around 25g/㎡，depends on substrates and application；

4.Attention：When the adhesive contact with air, it will react with moisture in the air, causing problems such as skinning and increased viscosity.

If the machine is shut down for more than 2 hours, the lamination machine must be turned off. The glue in the glue tank needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

Curing:

1.At the room temperature 25℃ and 60% relative humidity, can get 80% curing after 12hours. Higher temperature and humidity will increase the curing speed.

2.The thickness of the adhesive layer, temperature, humidity, and pH value all affect the curing speed.

Storage:

1.Suggest to store at 0~40℃,dry and clean environment.

2.12 months shelf time from the production date in original package.
