Application Instructions

1. Ensure that the actual temperature of the material during secondary heating exceeds 75°C.
2. After opening the drum, inspect the adhesive surface for curing. If a cured skin is present, heat the adhesive and remove the surface layer before use.
3. Recommended temperatures: melter tank, 150 ± 10°C; heated hose, 150 ± 10°C; application nozzle, 150 ± 20°C. Adjust according to the actual adhesive flow conditions on site.
4. Recommended edge-wrapping time: above3s; heating time: above6s; pressing time: above 25s. Adjust according to the customer’s actual on-site processing conditions.

Safety Precautions

Observe the general precautions for handling chemicals when using NEL-5855A. Ensure adequate workplace ventilation, protect the skin and wear safety goggles. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.

Storage

Shelf life: 12 months at 25°C when stored in a tightly closed container. Reseal any unused adhesive after use and minimize contact between the adhesive and air.
