Instructions:

1. Operating Temperature: Generally recommended at 100‑120° In practical application, adjust the temperature (especially the glue rollertemperature) according to ambient temperature, machine running speed, coating weight and fabric density (glue absorption) to guarantee satisfactory lamination results. Avoid prolonged exposure (≥2h) under high temperature (≥130°C). Otherwise, viscosity will rise rapidly. Gelling or caking may occur under extreme conditions and impair product performance.
2. Coating way：Normally: Rolling coating；
3. Coating weight：Suggestion:>30g/㎡，depends on substrates and application；
4. Attention：When the adhesive contact with air, it will react with moisture in the air, causing problems such as skinning and increased viscosity. If the machine  shut down for more than 2 hours, the lamination machine must be turned off. The glue in the glue tank needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

Curing:

1. At room temperature ≥25°C and 50% air humidity, full curing time is 1‑3 days. High temperature and high humidity help accelerate the curing speed.
2. The thickness of the adhesive layer, temperature, humidity, and pH value all affect the curing speed

Storage:

1.Suggest to store at 0~40℃,dry and clean environment.

2.12 months shelf time from the production date in original package.
