Viscosity-temperature curve

Instructions：

1. After opening the container, carefully observe whether the surface layer of the adhesive has

cured. If so, heat it first before removing the surface layer.

2. Open time serves as a reference value; the effective application duration after adhesive

application is closely related to the adhesive temperature, ambient operating temperature,

thermal conductivity of the bonding material, and the material’s inherent temperature. Under

conditions of high humidity and low temperature in the bonding material, or low ambient

temperature, the effective bonding time post-application decreases; conversely, it increases.

3. The curing rate depends on the adhesive thickness, ambient temperature and humidity, material

moisture content, and material permeability. Under normal conditions at room temperature,

80% curing can be achieved within 24 hours when the temperature exceeds 60°C.

4. Place the bonded materials flat. Do not handle them arbitrarily before they have fully dried and

cured

Storage:

1. It is recommended to store at room temperature of 21°C in a sealed container. After use, any

remaining adhesive should be stored under airtight conditions, preferably with exposure to air

removed.

2. From the date of production, the shelf life is 12 months when the original barrel packaging

remains unopened.
