Instructions:

1. The effective working time (open time) after coating is closely related to glue application weight, temperature, ambient operating temperature, thermal conductivity of bonded substrates and substrate temperature itself.

The effective bonding time after coating will be shortened when the bonded substrates feature high humidity and low temperature, or under low‑temperature operating conditions. Conversely, the effective bonding time will be extended.

2. After opening the drum, check whether the surface layer of the adhesive has cured. If so, heat and remove the surface layer first. Melting temperature of adhesive: 130‑140℃. Spray gun temperature during spraying: 135‑140℃.
3.  The curing speed depends on the glue‑coating thickness, ambient temperature, material humidity and material permeability. Generally, at 25℃with humidity above 50%, 80% curing can be achieved within 24 hours (for a glue layer thickness of 1 mm).
4. Place the bonded material flat. Do not move it arbitrarily before curing.

Safety advice:

NEL‑8678 Follow general protective measures for chemicals, such as keeping the workplace well‑ventilated, wearing proper skin protection and safety goggles. If the product comes into contact with skin, wash with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with plenty of water and seek medical attention for severe cases.

Storage:

Valid for 12 months to store in sealed container at 21℃.

After using, keep the rest of adhesive in sealed storage and better to remove the air that contacts with adhesive
