NEL-8671 is a PU reactive hot melt adhesive,characterized with low odor,excellent water resistance,good ventilation,good anti-aging performance,good performance even in extreme environment,excellent anti-aging performance,excellent thermal stability.

plastic,wood,metal,sponge and kinds of panels(some materials needtreatment on surface,then make the laminating)

Instructions:
1.Observe whether the surface layer is curing after opening the product drum, if yes, remove the surface after heating.
2.Opening time as a reference value. The effective working time after adhesive will vary with adhesive temperature, operating ambient temperature, heat conduction performance of the bonding material and temperature of the material itself.
3.Curing speed depends on the thickness of adhesive coated, environment temperature, humidity of material and permeability of material. In general, can achieve 80% curing within 24 hours.
4.Laminating materials should keep flattening. Not free to carry freely
Storage:
Valid for 12 months to store in sealed container at 21℃.
After using, keep the rest of adhesive in sealed storage and better to remove the air that contacts with adhesive
